World Health Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in our class. The day began with students watching a short and engaging video based on the importance of health and hygiene. The video helped them understand simple ways to stay healthy in a fun and interactive manner.

A discussion was then conducted where children actively participated and shared their ideas about healthy and unhealthy foods. They were encouraged to identify foods that are good for their body, such as fruits and vegetables, and also understand which foods should be avoided.

To make the learning more practical, a handwashing activity was organized. Students were taught the importance of washing hands regularly and maintaining cleanliness to keep germs away. They enthusiastically followed the steps and understood how hygiene plays a key role in staying healthy.

The children thoroughly enjoyed the activities and showed great interest by sharing their own ways of keeping themselves healthy. It was a joyful and informative experience for all.
